We promise to deliver a superior product at an affordable price. We are proud to serve our sandwiches on freshly baked bread and we slides and prepare our own high quality meats and cheeses. Our turkey is a Foster Farms turkey breast, slow roasted in our oven, shredded, and cooled with its own natural juices. All of our salads are made fresh to order and served with a variety of dressings. The Apple Walnut Salad is a very popular choice with the honey coated walnuts that we make ourselves. 
We have also recently added a variety of Hot Food options. The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and Meatball Marinara Penne Pasta with Garlic Bread are our most desired pasta dishes. We also offer Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken or BBQ Steak Sandwiches.
We know your time is valuable and you should never have to wait for your food which is why we pride ourselves on making our deliveries on time. Evening and weekend deliveries are also available upon request. If you have any questions about anything or just need a quote, please give me a call. My office hours are from 10am-5pm, but I am on call from 8:00am to 8:00pm everyday. If I am not able to answer, leave a message and I will be sure to get back to you promptly. No feast is complete without salads. Bruchi's offers four salad options. Full Salad Serves 16-20 people. Half Salad Available Serves 10-12 people
Caesar Salad - Fresh Romaine lettuce, tomato, Parmesan cheese, Croutons & a selection of Caesar, Honey Mustard & Ranch dressings. Spinach Salad - Fresh Spinach, tomato, Provolone cheese, real bacon bits, Croutons & a selection of Honey Mustard, Ranch & Caesar dressings. Apple Walnut Salad - Fresh spinach & romaine lettuce, bleu cheese crumbles, apples, honey glazed walnuts, dried cranberries with raspberry Vinaigrette & Ranch dressings.
