For Jeana, Bruchi's Salmon Creek has never been just a restaurant. She's owned and operated this location since 2002, building it around something simple: serve great food and never compromise on quality.

Jeana is hands-on about what goes into every sandwich. She personally hand-picks the ingredients used in her restaurant, choosing them for freshness, flavor and quality. From the bread to the meats, cheeses and vegetables, she believes better ingredients make better food.

After more than two decades in Salmon Creek, many customers have become familiar faces. Jeana takes pride in being part of the community and in serving food she's proud to put her name behind.
